Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging, with tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For online orders picked up at Riparia, the 14-day return period begins on the pickup date.

Final Sale Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

Food, fuel, bear spray, underwear, sleeping bags, and water filtration products.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or in the case of an eligible manufacturer defect or warranty claim.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Items that are used, worn, washed, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition may be refused.
